If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, enquiry type and message you provide. We use these details to read and respond to your enquiry and, where appropriate, to discuss the work you have proposed. Our lawful basis for that processing is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries or taking steps requested before a contract.

The contact form uses FormSubmit, an external service, to transmit your submission to our inbox. This means the information you enter is processed by FormSubmit as part of delivery. FormSubmit says it retains form submissions for 30 days. Review its privacy information before submitting if you need more detail. Do not include passwords, private keys or other sensitive information.

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain relevant business records or pursue a prospective engagement, then delete it when no longer needed. You can contact us to request access, correction, erasure, restriction or objection where applicable. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

The MrGheek profile picture is requested from unavatar.io, a third-party image service that resolves the public X avatar. Visiting an external link to X, LinkedIn, GitHub, Totem or AXIA takes you to that provider's site and privacy practices.
